The room was too hot, and the AC didn't cool effectively. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no on-site service, only a voucher for a local fast food outlet, which wasn't adequate for a proper meal. Furthermore, I noticed that the electrical outlets in the room were outdated and inconvenient for international travelers without adapters.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Steps away from Times Square, I loved the convenience of nearby shopping and dining options. The staff greeted me warmly every time, making me feel valued. The room was decent in size, equipped with all the standard amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring. While the breakfast offered was decent with some good quality items, it lacked variety and felt a bit disorganized. Having to choose from limited options ahead of time wasn’t ideal. I also noticed that the room could use some updates. it felt somewhat dated. The atmosphere of the walkway to the rooms at night made me a bit uneasy. Still, for a quick stay, it served its purpose well.

We had a great time exploring Hong Kong's vibrant Causeway Bay area. The hotel is perfectly located near Times Square and the MTR, making it super easy for our family to move around. Plus, the spacious room was tidy and comfortable for all of us.
